Dimko Uzunov

The artist Dimko Uzunov was born in Plovdiv on August 9, 1956.

 He graduated from the Art School in Sofia in 1975 in the class of Nikolay Maystorov.

In 1984, he graduated in "Poster" under Professor Alexander Poplilov at the National Academy of Fine Arts.

 He participated in international exhibitions in Moscow, Russia - 1984; Toyama, Japan - 1986; Lahti, Finland - 1988; Brno, Czechoslovakia - 1988; Mons, Belgium - 1988; Warsaw, Poland - 1988

 He has solo exhibitions in Sofia - 1989; Cherven Bryag - 1990; Bielsko-Biala, Poland - 1999

 His works are kept in the collections of the Royal Palace in Poland, the Gallery of Modern Arts in Toyama, private collections in the Netherlands, a collection of UNESCO in Spain, and others.

 Since 2017 he has been involved in painting. He lives and works in Plovdiv.
